WARRANTY

You want to have your device repaired by GF TRONICS which is still under warranty?

How to proceed?

You come with your device and a copy of the purchase invoice.

If the warranty of your device is validated, all costs will be borne by the manufacturer.
If not, please read the procedure for out of warranty devices.

OUT OF WARRANTY

You have an out of warranty device and you want to have it repaired at GF TRONICS?

It is totally possible but what should be done?

You come with your device. The quote will cost you 40€ all VAT included.
If the repair costs do not exceed 121€ all VAT included, it will be repaired. Otherwise we will send you a detailed quote by email.

In case of agreement for repair, the cost of the quote will be automatically deducted from the final invoice.

In case of multiple repairs, complete this several times.

Attention! Don't forget to provide us with a copy of the purchase invoice in case the device is under warranty.

Demande enlèvement réparation.

Veuillez remplir les cases pour créer un enlèvement d'une réparation KEF ou YAMAHA.

En cas de plusieurs réparations, veuillez remplir cette demande d'enlèvement plusieurs fois.

Attention! N'oubliez pas de nous fournir une copie de la facture d'achat dans le cas où l'appareil est sous garantie.

Nous vous recontacterons dès que possible pour vous fournir vos étiquettes d'enlèvement.

Vul de vakjes in om een KEF of YAMAHA ophalingsaanvraag aan te maken.

In geval van meerdere reparaties, vul dit dan meerdere keren aan.

Aandacht! Vergeet niet om ons een kopie van de aankoopfactuur te bezorgen,

in het geval dat het apparaat onder garantie valt.
